Last year, I built email lists of counselor groups based on records from
Roberto, and send our conference materials to those lists. I will send othis
conference flyer to those groups again next week.

Please note that effective the week of May 9th through and including the week
of August 15th, the College will be operating on a 4-day work week (Monday
through Thursday). The regular work week schedule resumes the week of August
22nd.

Here is our final conference flyer. Many thanks to those who offered comments
that improved its presentation. Some division members, our past president,
recent counseling graduates and other division members and leaders will be some
of the experts. In addition, we have secured the participation of a great
keynote speaker, Dr. Jennifer Jones and a dynamic trainer, Ms. Lourdes Tango.
Now, we need your collaboration in spreading the news, sharing it with your
professional organizations, social media, colleagues and friends. This
networking is fundamental to the work we do in creating multicultural awareness
and securing vendors and participants. NJCA already informed us that if we do
not get enough people to sign up by October, they would cancel the event. I
am totally dependent on your collaboration to meet this goal. Can I count you
in?
