Yeah, I know. The NRA goes overboard sometimes, but our society needs them just
to remind our dysfunctional congress that people will organize to defend their
rights. Second amendment and others.

I wasn't saying it was an official NRA attempt. Just that this kind of thing
sounds like something someone would make up to scare people into thinking "OMG
THEY'RE PERSECUTING GUN OWNERS!"
