[nikonf4] Free Virus/Malware software for Mac

There are two new Virus / Malware software packages available or soon to be
available. The first one is Sophos, which is free and available now.

The other one costs $40 and I doubt it's worth the money because Sophos seems
pretty good and no performance hit that I can see.
