Hello everybody,
Here's a new format to try out on your next AAR that emphasizes the action that
we need to take when we learn from events. The picture has a QR code that links
to a survey so that you can give feedback to the creators of this new format.
The acronym is "W.I.L.D." which stands for:
What went Well?
What Could we have Improved?
What did we Learn?
What will we Do differently next time?
