Press PN to open the Reading Pane split button 3. Press O to select and activate the Off option Turn off To-Do Bar 1. Press Alt-V to access the View tab 2. Press B to open the To-Do Bar split button 3. Press O to select and activate the Off option Turn off People Pane If you have the Outlook Social Connector installed, you will need to turn off the People Pane. Perform the following steps to turn it off: 1. Press Alt-V to access the View tab 2. Press PP to open the People Pane split button 3. Press O to select and activate the Off option Turn off Grouping Grouping displays email messages in a tree view dividing it up into various groups of time intervals, such as Today, Yesterday, Last Week, and so on. This can cause users to miss various messages. To turn off Grouping, perform the following steps: 1. Press Alt-V to access the View tab 2. Press V to activate the View Settings button 3. Tab to the Group By button 4. Press Enter 5. Press Space to uncheck the Automatically group according to arrangement check box. 6. Press Enter 7. Press Esc to close the Advanced View Settings dialog Disable the Microsoft Outlook Social Connector Add-in 1. After following the steps above, open Outlook 2. Press Alt-F to open the File button 3. Press T to open Options 4. Down Arrow to Add-Ins 5. Press Alt-G to activate the Go button 6. Down Arrow through the list to locate Microsoft Outlook Social Connector 7.
