Come join us this Saturday on Colville Mountain to help build some trail. We
have done a lot of work but there is still much more to do. It would be great
to get the trail we're working on connected to Powerline Road this weekend,
which would create a great route you could take all the way to the C from
Madison or Cedar road trailheads.
I will be working on the lower trail off Colville Mountain Road that leads down
and will connect to Powerline Road eventually. I will be up there from before
7:00 AM until about 2:00 in the afternoon. Please come up at whatever time is
most convenient for you. The best way to get there is from the May Road
Trailhead, hike up Colville Mountain Road until you see where the trail starts
on the right about a quarter mile up the road. I will have a sign placed there.
