[newsline-beta] BKS file names

Is it possible to name the BKS files something a little more meaningful,
like maybe the root filename that is used by the daisy files? This would
help us in 2 ways, our users could, in general, tell what the content of
the file is without unpacking it and it will allow us to differentiate
between "normal" Bookshare content and Newsline content.
