Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah's Apostle said, "When Ramadan begins, the gates of Paradise are
opened."
Bismillahi ar Rahmaan, ar Raheeem
Alhamdulillah, all praises to Allah SWT and may His Peace and Blessings
be upon His Prophet Muhammad SAW and his family and the exemplary sahabi
radhiallahu anhu.
Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu, Brothers and Sisters in
Islam. Welcome to Ramadhan.org
This year, Ramadhan is expected around the 5th or 6th of November, 2002
- of course dependant upon the sighting of the moon.
This Ramadhan sees the Islamic Ummah facing numerous, global
tribulations and tests from Allah. With the prospect of yet another war on
Muslim land, this time in Iraq, with the on going massacres in
Palestine and the potential for more oppression and killings in
Chechnia, we at Ramadhan.org will attempt to bring you the latest
discussions, topical articles which mirror the discussions going on in
the Islamic Ummah in the wider world. Our du'a and hope as ever is for
the whole Islamic Ummah and directed only to Allah SWT alone.
We will also provide links to other websites in the world in various
languages - Arabic, Turkish, German and Malay.
As with the previous years, InshaAllah, Ramadhan.org will endeavor to
bring to you the usual mixture of Islamic Culture, Ramadhan discussions,
discussions of the tafseer of the Qur'an as well as news of the
situation of our Global Ummah. There will be free screen savers, E'id
cards, flash presentations as well as wall papers for all. InshaAllah,
we will endeavor to put up messages and well wishes from you dear
readers. InshaAllah we aim to set up small discussion groups where you
are invited to participate and discuss the issues facing the Islamic
Ummah today.
We humbly invite you to join us this Ramadhan, and don't forget to
