objective has been defined as “toidentify and facilitate the removal of
obstacles that prevent children fromenjoying their rights and participating

goalwill be achieved by providing technical support and implementing
qualityprograms and projects through partnership. An effective and
efficientcommunications strategy is a must for Plan Indonesia to share the
outcomes ofthese projects to influence different actors, specially state
authorities andto position Plan’s profile within and outside at different
levels – startingfrom community, sub district, district to national, regional

position :
Admin and Finance Officer PIA Flores ( Nagekeo )
Dimensions of the Role
Inview of the above, the Finance and Admin Officer PIA will be responsible for
financeand administration in PIAs. The position will also take appropriate
action inorder to assist partners and staffs regarding finance administration
matters.
S/hewill implement the administration process according to Operations Manual
andCountry Policy. S/he will responsible to maintain Human
Resourcesadministration, manage internal administrative systems and
procedures,coordinate the implementation of audit in PIA with the staffs and
auditor,manage the purchases of goods and services and office supplies and
equipment,and manage project assets.
Technical expertise,skills and knowledge
Essential
· Bachelor’s in Accounting,Business Administration, Commerce or Finance,
· At least 3 years relevant postqualification preferably in
international organizations, INGOs and/or bilateralorganisations.
· Working knowledge of English speakingand written skills would be
preferable.
· Computer software skills,including advanced Excel and other accounting
packages.
· Experience in capacitydevelopment assistance to non-finance staff or
sub grantees.
· SAP or ERP Microsoft 365experience would be preferable.
