Admin & Logistic Coordinator - Jakarta Base
Role Purpose :
Admin & Logistic Coordinator will be responsible to several Administrationwork.
He/she will alsocoordinate with Admin Manager for Office Management, arrange
Plan InternationalIndonesia tax exemption regularly, arrange visa application
for staff andprepare invitation letter for visitors including support documents
needed.Coordination with Procurement & Asset Officer for Logistic
arrangementincluding manage NFI Warehouse stock update. Manage security matters
such asupdating communication tree regularly, security briefing for visitors
andupdate security issues to all stafft
Technical expertise, skills and knowledge
Essential
- Bachelordegree in Management, Economic, Administration or any related
field.

- At least 3 years of experience in the related field is require for this
position.
- Preferably senior staff specialize in Logistic & supply chance
- Experiences as Security Focal Person
- Strong planning and organizing
- Good knowledge of asset management, warehouse management and logistic in
emergency
- Leadership skills
- Proactive and initiative
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good negotiation skills
- English fluency
Desirable
- Experience with SAP Procurement will be preferable
