The ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance on disaster
management (The AHA Centre) is an inter-governmental organisation
established by 10 ASEAN Member States to facilitate cooperation and
coordination among the ASEAN Member States and with the United Nations and
international organisations for disaster management and emergency response
in the region.
The Executive Director will lead the AHA Centre, guided by the ASEAN
Agreement on Disaster Management and Emergency Response (AADMER) and the
Agreement on the Establishment of the AHA Centre, reporting to the
Governing Board of the AHA Centre.
The AHA Centre urgently invites the best, most-talented and
highly-motivated individuals from the ASEAN Member States to apply for this
position.
