Solidar Suisse is a Swiss NGO established in 1936 (then called Swiss Labor
Assistance). Today, the organization is active in development cooperation and
humanitarian aid in 16 countries worldwide, fighting for global fairness.
In Indonesia, Solidar Suisse became active following the devastating earthquake
and tsunami in Sulawesi and immediately started to collaborate with partner
organizations to provide humanitarian assistance.
For the recovery phase, a comprehensive humanitarian program in the livelihoods
and DRR sectors is being implemented to support the affected people mainly in
rural areas in Central Sulawesi.
This livelihood project support the beneficiaries in Sirenja Subdistrict,
Donggala District, Central Sulawesi. The program has begun with the first phase
or pilot phase which was held from March 2019 to July 2019, this project called
COCORECO (Coastal Communities Recovery), and we continued with the second phase
until Sept 2020 for Micro Entrepreneur Project (MEP) phase 1 and MEP phase 2
project starting from July 2020 until now also at the same time both
organizations have another project, it’s called DiRiReCS (Disaster Risk and
Resilience Project in Central Sulawesi) with the large more areas in Donggala
District (Sirenja, Balaesang and Balaesang Tanjung subdistricts)
Solidar Suisse is seeking a Public Accountant firm to conducting an annual
audit, which is auditing the program's financial statements consisting of
reports on expenditures and receipts of program funds for the period of January
01, 2020 to December 31, 2020. The period of expenditures and receipts of
funds can cover one year within the period.
The objective of this audit is to provide an "Independent Auditor's Opinion" on
the financial statements on the total granted project, thus including own
contribution(s), over the total recipient's accountability period. As stated in
the contract agreement, the accountability period may cover the entire project
period or one year within that period is presented fairly, in all material
respects, in accordance with generally accepted financial accounting standards
in Indonesia, and in particular the audit standards of International Standards
on Auditing (ISAs) issued by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards
Board (IAASB) of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) and
Internal Control System (ICS).
