Indonesia,assisted the Strengthening Capacities for Policy Planning for
theImplementation of the 2030 Agenda in Indonesia and in the Global South
(SDGsSSTC), Project, hereinafter referred to as "The GIZ”, intends to have
aTender for Consultant service for Developing A Study Paper on Lesson
Learntfrom Triangular Cooperation Experiences. The details requirement
asstipulated in the Term of Reference.

1.2.Content of Technical and Financial Proposal as follows:
I.Technical Proposalshould be consisting of:
a. Updates CV
b. Narrative description of therelevant experiences and capacity, refer to the
Term of Reference
II.Financial Proposalshould be consisting of:
a.Financial Proposal has to be signed and stamp by the Consultant
b.The currency of the financial proposal shall be in IDR
c.All prices/rates must be inclusive income tax (PPh 21) as GIZ obliged
towithhold the income tax.

g.Taxpayer Registration Number
3.Validity of Proposals
Proposalsshould be valid for a period of not less than 90 days after proposal
opening,unless otherwise specified in the Specific Terms and Conditions.
Proposers arerequested to indicate the validity period of their proposals.
4. GeneralTerms and Conditions for Contract
GIZGeneral Terms and Conditions for the contract as Annex 4 of thisdocument.
5. Contract Award /Adjudication of Proposals
TheContract will be awarded to the bidders offering the most responsive
evaluated proposaland whose services are commercially and technically
acceptable (best overallvalue).
