PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT FOR FA MASA ANDSUBE HUTER COOPERATIVES

Lutheran World Relief isseeking a national consultant to help two cooperatives
in Bajawa and Maumere toprepare their financial support proposal. This position
will need to be travelto Bajawa and Maumere to get information with
cooperatives’ management andprepare proposal as per provided format.
The deliverable forthis assignment is to submit one proposal for each
cooperative along withsupporting document requested by financial institution
This position will behired from March 16 to April 15, 2020. The consultant will
work at the maximum22 days, including travel time.
The consultant willget lumpsum payment, where LWR will not cover any other cost
related to theconsultation assignment, including but not limited to:
transportation to andfrom Maumere, accommodation, meeting package/meals with
cooperative managementand any other related cost.
The consultant shouldsubmit the following deliverables:

The consultant shouldhave minimum requirement as follow:
1. Live in Flores
2. Understandlocal culture
3. At least 3years’ experience in proposal writing
4. Demonstratedgood knowledge on coffee and cocoa
5. Experiencein improving cooperative capacity
6. Knowledgein business planning and funding cycle
7. Goodcommunication and facilitating skills
8. Goodwriting skill in English
