*What we are looking for*
We are looking for outsourcing company that provide IT professional support
service which includes basic trouble shooting across IT service deliveries
which are PC, network, server and maintenance of computer room and other ad
hoc services for standby out of office hours.
Scope of Service
- First level support to IT request/incidents
- PC maintenance and repair
- Updating Software on laptops in stock
- Server Room Maintenance in Oxfam office
- Server and network operation
- Perform operation control check when required
