Yayasan Indonesia Cerah (“CERAH”) is a non-profit organisation established on
11 October 2018. The organisation focuses on the issues of clean energy and the
environment. CERAH promotes the narrative of shifting Indonesia’s policy in
energy transition as a leader in providing strategic communication to amplify
key messages in the narrative of clean energy and its transition in Indonesia,
cultivating and enhancing stakeholder engagement and provide recommendations to
policymakers.
CERAH has been collaborating with multiple stakeholders and prominent figures,
the media, and civil society organisations to educate and raise awareness
highlighting issues such as good governance and corruption, air pollution, and
the health impact of energy choices and renewable energy future and how that
affects lifestyle and jobs.
To assist the ever-growing team, CERAH is looking for Junior Consultant –
Social Media Officer to assist our Digital Team, the work of the employee will
include:
1. Oversee social media contents of Energy Governance – including
assistance in weekly editorial planning, posting/sharing daily contents
(including checking any miss-spelling and other tidying up activity), and if
necessary moderating the platform.
2. Managing and operate User Generated Content to boost audience
engagement for any related Energy Governance workstreams’social media accounts.
3. Work with CERAH’s team and 3rd party content creator (designer,
illustrator, etc) to ensure the content is according to the brief and deadlines.
4. Supporting copywriting work for newly established microsite (s).
5. Monitoring by providing regular insights/analytics for all platforms.
6. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and
technologies.
7. Any other assignment as directed by the Digital Coordinator and
Content Production Manager.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of three to five years experience in social media management,
content production, good governance issue, advocacy, and rule of law.
2. Familiarity with different levels of target audiences.
3. Familiarity with different organisations partners and to develop and
maintain close relations and cooperation.
4. Demonstrated ability to work well with different partners, design, and
social media analytic tools.
5. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and navigate with various
different sensitive issues.
6. Must be a self-starter with a high degree of responsibility to the
agreed outcomes with minimal supervision.
Duration and Fee:
The duration of work is 5 months covering 01/07/2020 – 30/11/2020 for a maximum
of 90 days or work. His/Her work will be reviewed periodically every 3 months.
The Junior Consultant will be paid at IDR 300.000/day lump sum, negotiable
depending on experiences and skills. We will not cover the cost of insurance
and tax.
