organizations to conduct advocacy, campaigns, communication, stakeholder
engagement, and dialogue among stakeholders to meet the sustainable
management of natural resources and promote transparency, conservation, and

programs including: social movement for healthy ocean, policy advocacy,
youth capacity building and awareness, and communication strategist.

*PURPOSE OF JOB*
Responsible for developing and implementing business model that can be
implemented by EcoNusa to support community economic development and the
effort for forests protection, coastal and marine protection as a part of
EcoNusa sustainability strategy.
The Community Business Incubation Specialist is role with a focus on
initial to advance development for key commodities based on community
consultation and landscape priorities. This role will work closely with the
all unit in EcoNusa.
*ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
· Developing business and entity as a platform and run the operation
of the business entity
· Research for the business opportunity that can be leverage by EcoNusa
especially on community level and related with sustainable development
effort in eastern Indonesia.
· Developing a business model for each opportunity.
· Connect the potential market with community product.
· Liaison with Program, Learning and Operational teams ensuring
effective working and efficient outcomes.
· Identifying, developing and prototyping business solutions for
community as solutions for sustainable livelihoods with key commodities and
tourism (e.g. coffee, cocoa, sago, spices, coastal fishery, etc).
· Identifying, developing and prototyping business and investment model
and trade linkage (with value chain connection) for indigenous, village and
conservation forests in Papua and Maluku.
· Proactively engage key partners in the sectors and the government.
· Support the planning, organisation and coordination of events and
workshops as required.
· Maintain the networks for the different programs and contribute to
further development of the program.
*QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES*
· Minimum 5 years working experience with Master degree level.
· Experience in business development and management.
· Good experience in project and stakeholder management.
· Knowledge of sustainability issues in the commodities, tourisms
and landscape sectors.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially a very good working
knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
· Active, service and detail-oriented, analytical, structured and
business minded.
· Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and
Bahasa Indonesia.
· Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· This position demands intensive travels.
*WORKING RELATIONSHIP*
*Internal : *Works under CEO Office and close coordinate with Program,
Operations and Communication Directorate.
*External : *Coordinates with government, community, market, vendor and
other stakeholders.
