Islamic Relief Worldwide is an independent humanitarian and development
organisation with a presence in over 40 countries around the globe. Islamic
Relief Worldwide is a UK based International relief. We have been fighting
poverty and injustice for 30 years, in a world in which over three billion
people still live in poverty.
Country Purpose:
Islamic Relief Worldwide in Indonesia was operation since 2003 following the
MOU signing
With the Ministry of Home Affairs. The objective of IRW in Indonesia
programme is to
Contribute to the social welfare of the Indonesia people and to alleviate
the suffering. The main sector for the programme include:
* Water and Sanitation
* Sustainable livelihood
* Education
* Child Welfare
* Shelter
* Disaster Risk Reduction
The geographical area are Banten, NTB, Aceh and Central Sulawesi province
directly Implementing or through partners.
This Term of Reference is made to develop Disaster Risk Analyse Document
Sigi District, at central Sulawesi, the activity will be collaboration with
District Disaster Management agencies Sigi District and DRR Forum. This
consultant will be responsible in its job description for all Islamic relief
project based on Contract assignment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Consultant:
1. Discus with Islamic Relief DRR Team to develop Concept Note and
Timeline activity to develop Disaster Risk Analyse District level.
2. Develop Draft Disaster Risk Analyse Document.
3. Facilitated Workshop Disaster risk analyse with Government and other
stakeholders..
4. Lead of district Team to develop Disaster Risk Analyse
5. Facilitated GIS training For District team.
6. Lead and to assist district team to Formulated map of district
hazard, map district capacity, map of district vulnerability and Risk map
for district level.
7. Lead the district team to formulated Risk Analyse
8. Finalization of Disaster Risk Analyse Document Sigi District
9. Facilitated 3 time PVCA Training (5 Days for 1 training)
10. Make report PVCA Training.
Requirements
1. Have experience to facilitate to develop Disaster Risk Analyse.
2. Have experience QGIS system.
3. Have experience develop micro zonation map for disaster and Risk map
at District level
4. Have Experience develop Have experience to conducted and facilitated
GIS training..
5. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, working with as a team
member.
6. Strong initiative and self-motivated, with a strong commitment to
teamwork and humanitarian principle
7. Ability to multitask with competing demands under tight deadlines
and work under pressure
8. Fully computer literate (Microsoft Office)
