The role
Join Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Justice 2 (AIPJ2)as a MEL Support
Officer and play an integral role to manage quality reportsusing AIPJ2 MIS
function. Under the direction and guidance of the ProgramPerformance Manager
(PPM), this position will working collaboratively with CSOimplementing partners
and AIPJ2 Activity Managers on the delivery of MELrelated activities, program
evaluations and documentations.

About you
You will be a motivated and proactive MEL Support Officer withthe right
combination of talent, energy and a commitment to technicalexcellence. You will
also have:
      Bachelor/ Post graduate degree in socialdevelopment, law, justice,
psychology or related area.
      Minimum 2-year experience in the area of programmanagement,
monitoring and evaluation, research, and / aid developmentprojects.
      High-level interpersonal skills including verbaland written
communication skills and maintain results-focused stakeholderrelationships in
a complex program environment.
      Proactive and a problem solver - can workindependently on tasks.
      Experience in facilitation process, lesson-learneddocumentation
with stakeholders.
