Program title: CurriculumDevelopment for Capacity Building Program of Legal
Enforcers and RelatedGovernment Officers on Ensuring Justice for Women and
Girls on Civil and CriminalCases, particularly on Sexual Violence, Marriage
Dispensation and Divorce Casesin Aceh
AIPJ2 is a five-year program which aims to support cooperation between
Australian and Indonesian institutions tocontribute to the overall goal of
‘Strong and accessible justice and securityinstitutions that enhance respect
for enforceable rights and rules-basedgovernance systems, over time
contributing to stability and prosperity inIndonesia and the region’.
Justice for women and girls isone of the strategies guiding AIPJ2 to ensure the
rights of women and girls inIndonesia. AIPJ2 believes that ensuring the rights
of women and girls inIndonesia will increase access to justice that can be
enjoyed by the wholecommunity. Justice for women and girls covers 4 (four) main
activities, whichare:
§ Preventingchild marriage
§ Strengtheningthe policy and legal framework to ensure justice for women
§ Ensuringthe rights of women and children in family law cases
§ Implementing Aceh Initiative on Justice for Women
In partnership with the AcehGovernment, AIPJ2 has successfully conducted an
International Seminar onBuilding a Protection System for Women and Children in
Divorce Cases. Theseminar has provided some recommendations including to
provide capacity building of law enforcers, governmentofficials, CSOs, and
society particularly gampong, religious/adat and womenleaders.
AIPJ2 is calling for proposals from suitably qualified organizationsto deliver
a Curriculum Development for Capacity Building Program of Legal Enforcers and
Related Government Officers on Ensuring Justice for Women and Girls on Civil
and Criminal Cases, particularly on Sexual Violence, Marriage Dispensation and
Divorce Cases in Aceh.

A Pre-bid briefing will beheld virtually via Zoom from 10.00am – 12.00pm
(Jakarta time) on Tuesday, 17 November2020. It is not mandatory to attend the
briefing. Interested parties may registera maximum of two participants to
attend by email to: general@xxxxxxxxxx before 12.00 pm ( Jakarta time ) Monday
16 November 2020. Thezoom meeting link will be provided upon registration.
The call for proposals willclose on Wednesday, 02 December 2020 (04.00 pm
Jakarta time). This is anelectronic proposal submission and in accordance with
instructions provided inthe Call for Proposals documentation. Hard copies will
not be accepted.
