Hello colleagues,
I am currently working on the neuro med/surg and neuro
ICU floors as a PT and I am entertaining the idea of doing a clinical ladder
project. I would love to hear some of you ideas to brain storm my own project.
I am focusing on the stroke population. I’m very passionate about neuro and I
would love to make a difference in the hospital to improve the impact that
rehab has on this population at this stage of the continuum of care.
Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
