The link for the Treasury Board of Canada map was
given incorrectly in last Tuesday's Nugget.
You get an error message because the "http"
at the beginning of the link should be "https"
for a Secure Sockets connection. The correct
link is as follows:
https://map-carte.tbs-sct.gc.ca/map-carte/map-carte-canada.asp?Language=EN
While we're talking about that site, I should
add that you then click on "Map Navigator" in the
left margin. That takes you to the interactive
map on which you can obtain the latitude and
longitute of individual buildings in most urban
areas of Canada.
