  I.                     SUMMARY:  Ensure the stable operation and system 
uptime of ASP systems; including network, servers, software and phone system. 
Daily administration of systems in a Windows 2003/XP, Exchange and Citrix 
environment connecting multiple locations. Provide 2nd and 3rd Level technical 
support.  
   
  II.                   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the 
following.  Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of Company 
management.
   
  A.    Install, upgrade, configure, maintain and support computer networks.
  1.        Perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose network 
problems.
  2.        Configure and install new and replacement LAN/WAN and server 
hardware.
  3.        Server patch, OS support and maintenance.
  4.        Work with IT team to evaluate and expand existing infrastructure to 
meet demands of growth and corporate IT objectives.
  5.        Deploy, manage and troubleshoot remote applications on Citrix 
server farm.
    
   System Administration 
  1.        Management of Windows Active Directory, DNS, SMTP, DHCP and 
Exchange environments.
  2.        Monitor daily logs, servers, backup and anti-virus systems.
  3.        Monitor LAN/WAN systems.
  C.    Provide users with 2nd and 3rd Level network technical support.
  1.        Respond to help desk 2nd and 3rd level inquiries on the telephone, 
through on-line networks, and by e-mail.
  2.        Document customer problems, resolutions and changes to existing 
environments.
  3.        Plan and schedule resolution to customer problems.
  4.        Interface with vendor technical support on customers? behalf.
  5.        Research technical solutions to problems and new business needs.
   
  III.                 QUALIFICATIONS.  To perform this job successfully, an 
individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The 
requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or 
ability required.
  A.      Knowledge of complex multi-user computer network systems, complex 
software applications, system back-up and security techniques, advanced 
troubleshooting and problem resolution techniques.
  B.       Extensive knowledge of Citrix technologies.
  C.       Communicate effectively at the technical and non-technical level 
orally and in writing.
  D.      Focus on excellent customer service.  Excellent interpersonal and 
follow-up skills.
  E.       Display tact, flexibility and patience, and the ability to handle 
stressful situations while demonstrating a sense of urgency.
  F.       Demonstrate competence and character that inspires trust.
  G.       Independently and proactively communicate issues, priorities and 
objectives.
  H.      Organized with strong attention to detail.  Excellent time management 
skills.
  I.         Able to anticipate, identify, and solve critical problems.
  J.        Self-motivated and proactive.
  K.      Ability to work without direct supervision.
   
  IV.                EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE.   Minimum Bachelors Degree in 
Computer related field or equivalent preferred; 5 years working experience:  
WAN/LAN configurations, Windows 2003/XP, Citrix Presentation Server, Microsoft 
Exchange 2003, Active Directory, backup and recovery systems, basic operating 
systems, and computer applications.  Strong WAN/LAN management experience is 
required.  MCSE certification, Citrix certification and knowledge of Cisco 
products preferred. 
   
  A.      Individual must take initiative to keep up-to-date and grow with 
computer industry.  
  1.        Individuals are expected to stay up-to-date with areas of service, 
products, and hardware including but not exclusive of HP/Compaq, Microsoft, 
Citrix, and Cisco products.
  B.       General Skills
  1.        Individual is expected to have good analytical and troubleshooting 
skills.
  2.        Organized, with good time management skills.
  3.        Knowledge of network security best practices and experience in 
implementing secure systems and controls.
   
  V.                  LANGUAGE SKILLS.  English; excellent oral and written 
communications skills.
   
  VI.                MATHEMATICAL SKILLS.  Minimum:  basic business math. 
   
  VII.              REASONING ABILITY.  Able to think and adapt quickly, 
flexible disposition. Excellent analytical skills and reasoning.

  IX.                PHYSICAL DEMANDS.  The physical demands described here are 
representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform 
the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to

  A.               Individual must be able to lift 100 pounds, move furniture, 
crawl under furniture, climb ladders, and be physically agile.
   
  X.                  WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment characteristics 
described here are representative of those an employee encounters while 
performing the essential functions of this job. 
  A.      The employee is expected to perform essential functions during normal 
working hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday unless otherwise 
directed by management.  Hours may be subject to change depending on business 
requirements.  Individuals are expected to be punctual.
  B.       On call and after hours work and weekends will be required on an as 
needed basis for the delivery of services and handling of emergencies.
  C.       Responsibilities performed will most often be at corporate 
headquarters but will require travel to other company locations.
   
  XI.                PERFORMANCE EVALUATION.  Individual in this position may 
be evaluated a minimum of every twelve (12) months based on the following.
   
  A.      Performing essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.
  B.       Assessment of strengths and weaknesses by:
  1.        Supervisor.
