Stephen McLeod is a “needs” philosopher at the University of Liverpool and has
spend many years now considering the “needs” at a deep level. I can’t attach
the draft manuscript to the listserv message, but I have added it to this
resource page (which has lots of great readings on needs):

alphabetical order so it is about half way down, and near some of his other
papers).
The Zoom will be on the 22nd at 9:00am ET (if my calculations are correct).
