You must state that the source code is distributed under the Eclipse License, however. Finally, for the Windows version, no jailbreaking is necessary. It is already available for in the Marketplace p. But it's an open source and as long you follow the Eclipse license you can do whatever you want with the software(both binary and source code). From the technical point of view. For java client you need to publish both 'jad' and 'jar' files. Before publishing you need to edit 'jad' file and update 'MIDlet-Jar-URL:' property. It should be an address to 'jad' file on your server. For the windows version. The only 'valid' solution is a link to Microsoft Marketplace. Cause to install it by yourself you need to have a developer's account in MSDN or a phone with a 'jailbreak'.
