Hi

Would like to suggest the following:

1. In the NED Admin Console (NED server management), include advance
filtering of the statistics database (view the result, and exportable to
excel, csv, pdf or other format). Please see propose setup below.

a. Date from and Date to: (From DD/MM/YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY)

b. Username

c. Device ID

d. Type / activities: (user_logged, browse, download, play item,
app_exit, library add, delete)

2. In terms of the statistics database

Current setup:

Comments:

a. Same with Matt, change the date and time format. And date and time
should be in separate fields.

Propose format for date is Day DD/MM/YYYY

Propose format for time is HH:MM (24-hours format)

b. Include in the play item if the video is played using the TV-out
feature of the phone

3. In the NED client,

Current setup:

The video titles are listed in the statistics, regardless if it is full or
partial viewed.

Propose setup:

a. The videos are listed in the statistics that are full viewed only
(from the start to end)

b. A counter should be included. For example:

Verb 1

Noun 2

Ecosystem 6

Addition 9

c. Include also last video fully viewed (include time and date), and
video downloaded (include time and date) and updated (include time and
date). (are these possible?)

Thanks. Melissa
