They have already set the dates for next year for July 20-28, 2013,
sticking with our last week of July concept. See more at

I'm really excited that Hanging Rock State Park has offered the use of
their auditorium, visitor center and CABINS for another Moth Workshop, I
believe I will put my effort towards that front again, New River was just
tons of fun!
I'll propose mid-week for the workshop again, I would not be able to
reserve ALL the cabins on a weekend so that is not an option.
I'll defer to Merrill, Bo, Parker and Steve again for preferences, but I'll
suggest staying Tue July 23 and Wed July 24 overnight, with the workshop
during the day 10-4 on the 24th. The 13 cabins are two room, four beds
with full kitchen and living room area. No TV or internet, but plenty of
power to run our lights!!! We can deck one cabin out or spread them around.
In spring we may be having a bio blitz in a park in the Sandhills, in need
of some micro moth coverage. I'm not sure about lodging, we may be camping
out, but let me know if you're interested.
