[ncsc-moths] Re: New Moths For NC ?

Seems odd that they would be new for NC since both have occurred in
Maryland, where there is at least one record for Norape ovina and at least 3
records for Leptostales rubromarginaria. Forbes (1923) lists N ovina as
occurring from Wash DC southwards. Forbes (1948) gives the range for
rubromarginaria Quebec to BC and south. I have no evidence of the latter
species ever having occurred in NY.
