There are a few examples on MPG and BG that show a little black on the thorax but not quite as much as on yours. The black on the abdomen may always be there but yours is worn so it's not covered up.

The moth in the attached photo looks like Artace cribraria, Dot-lined White, except that the black markings on the thorax and abdomen don't match any photos of A. cribraria that I can find on the MPG site or BugGuide. Comments please.
