CIS for Internet Course Planner
One of the new additions to the Personal Learning Plan (electronic
portfolio) is My Course Plan. You can use My Course Plan to create a
course outline for middle and high school and college. Follow these easy
steps for using My Course Plan.

1. From the homepage of CIS for Internet, click on "Personal Learning
Plan" in the upper right corner.
2. If you have previously created a portfolio, enter your username and
password. To create a portfolio, click on "Create Personal Learning
Plan".
3. You will be returned to the homepage; click on "Personal Learning Plan"
to get to the Personal Learning Plan Main Menu.
4. Click on "My Course Plan".
5. Review the "Admission Requirements in Nebraska".
6. Select the grade level.
7. Pick the "Subject" area for the course.
8. Type in the course title.
9. In the "Semester" column select the length for the course.
10. In the next column, select "required" or "elective".
11. When the course is completed enter the grade(s) for the course.
12. To delete a course, click on the red X at the end of the row.
13. To add more courses, use the button on the lower left of the planner.
14. Be sure to save your planner.
15. To print out the course plans, click "Print" in the upper right
corner. This will bring up a pop-up window with all the plans you have
created. If your computer has a pop-up blocker, you will have to tell it
to "temporarily allow pop-ups".
16. Review and update your course plan each year.
