[NCBI_ECDL_class] CDVEC requirements for student enrolment

Hi everyone,
We are required, by the City of Dublin VEC, to complete enrolment forms for
everyone undertaking the ECDL course at NCBI, with effect from September 2011.
I want to stress that this information is being collated by NCBI and passed on
to the CDVEC, it is not being held by NCBI.
Tomorrow evening, during class, I will need to ask each of you for some
personal information. The information the CDVEC request is as follows.
1. Where did you hear about this course?
2. Name, address, email address, telephone number and date of birth.
3. Age at which you left school.
4. Employment status, employed or not employed?
5. Highest education level achieved prior to starting this programme?
This information needs to be with the CDVEC before Christmas, so your
cooperation in assisting us tomorrow evening is very much appreciated.
