[nas-2000] vista: can not rename file/folders on nas 2000

Hi,
i have a big problem:
my notebook crashed two weeks ago, i bought a new one and got vista business :-(
now i am not able to *rename* files/folders on my nas 2000
(copy & delete is no a problem ...)
I have 1.3.1.IB.1.beta.2 with twinky.tgz ...
i try to rename a file "test.txt" on \\filehost\share
error message is:
The *folder* \\filehost\share could not be found
the file was moved or deleted, would you like to create it?
No problems if i use my Windows XP (Virtual PC) ....
the real problem is that the vista backup utility refuses
to backup on the nas ...
any hints are welcome ...
