During the startup of the Redboot Bootloader, your NAS has the IP
192.168.2.71. It's staticly written in your Bootloader.

 

Assign a 192.168.2.X IP-Address to your NIC and start the telnet command
while you press the powerbutton on your NAS.

Hello Tom,

When i tried use flashstart with router and dynamic nas ip, i receive error
that port 9000 are closed,
When i tried flash start directly PC->NAS (without router), program did not
reach nas :/

So i want to know do i need serial cable to upgrade firmware to tinky?
