I look forward for it for some time. Probably we may add a "kdbus://"
protocol and nn_allocmsg(..., NN_KDBUS_MEMFD) flag. But I'm not sure
what it gives for nanomsg? Performance?

Given the nanomsg architecture it's unclear who will create a kdbus fd
to keep bus functioning.

Also it's we should evaluate a bloom filtering which is a part of
kdbus, on how it can be used for nanomsg pubsub (may be we need to
have pluggable filtering to take advantage of kdbus' bloom filters).
