Hi Garrett,
I have started an ambitious project some time ago:
https://github.com/nanomsg/nanomsg-integration-tests
It was intended to run multi-machine tests, including bad network
conditions and so on. Some tests are kinda work now.
It should be easy to add go implementation there too. Unfortunately, I
will not have any time for this work soon.
