[nanomsg] Windows IPC pub/sub dropping messages

Hey all,
It seems the Windows IPC implementation is silently dropping messages if
they get too large, or are sent in too rapid succession. We are observing
this in some larger software, I need to investigate this and maybe build a
test case.
But just for starters would anyone have some notion where to start looking?
