Hi Martin,

2) I was able to build the 0.1-alpha using "cmake --build" from the command
line on windows, more recent HEADs from git haven't worked correctly.
msbuild is the build tool VS uses and can be invoked from the command line,
it can normally work with the solutions cmake produces but might require
some tinkering.
