[nanomsg] New release?

Hi,
It feels to me like we've gathered a fair bit of bug fixing on the
master branch, and it might be a good moment to do a new release.
Maybe see if we can #310 and #320 merged, and ping Drew on #285?
One reason to hold off a bit longer might be if the WS transport is
just around the corner. Jack, do you have some sort of rough
ETA/status on that?
