[nanomsg] [ANN] nanomsg 0.3-beta released!

Hi all,
I'm happy to announce that nanomsg 0.3-beta was released today (~61
commits). This is the first release of nanomsg tagged as beta (instead
of alpha). It's mostly a bugfix release, although it does come with a
convenient new nn_symbol_info() function.
Thanks to Paul Colomiets for handling much of the preparation of this
release, new contributors Boris Zentner, David Beck, Emeric Chevalier,
Gareth Roberts, Matt Howlett, Pavlo Kapyshin and Victor Guerra, as
well as all others who contributed to this release with code or
otherwise.
