[nama] Will 'singleton' branch load existing projects?

Hi testers, pounders, users, abusers,
I'd appreciate a few tests of the 'singleton' branch.
Please be sure to back up your existing State.yml files
as well as effect_chains.yml effect_profiles.yml.
There are still issues to deal with. Most notably, Nama
is apparently failing to load a project saved in the new format.
