Massy mentioned problems with solo/nosolo and mute/umute

I've pushed (to 'singleton') a patch that introduces
0.01s delay between successive mute/umute operations.

Note that these mutes are instantaneous, i.e. without the 
fading used for mute/unmute commands. 

I've also inquired on the Ecasound list about possible
timing issues.
