Now that I start, I see we have several
kinds of effect chains:
+ project-specific
+ global
+ system generated
+ user defined
+ belonging to an effect profile
These could be attributes of a hash or object,
rather than encoded as a key (the effect chain name),
at present.
When defining an effect chain, do we want to automagically
include the controllers belonging to each effect that will be
saved? That seems reasonable default behavior.
For bypass, when we bypass an effect, Nama has to
remove and restore controllers as well.
