Hello Mr. Smith,
My name is Sydney Fung and I have the wonderful privilege of serving as
President of the Mountain View High School Ambassadors organization this
year. I wanted to reach out on behalf of our MV Cares committee, whose
annual gift basket drive is starting soon. We'd love for our MVHS sports
teams to get involved-- could you possibly send a message out to them? Last
year, the cheer team made a basket, as well as the cross country team. Here
is what it could look like:

Hello wonderful MVHS Sports Teams!
MV Cares is a program hosted by the MVHS Ambassadors organization to
provide holiday baskets for MVHS families in need. With the help of clubs,
organizations, departments, and teams, we have supported over 100 families,
and we would love your help this year! If you, your family, your department
(Counseling, Math, P.E., etc.), your class, or your team would like to be a
“Basket Lead,” please:
- complete this sign-up form

- attend our Zoom info session next Wednesday, Nov. 10th (6-7 pm) Ms.
Camarillo (Ambassadors advisor) will send you a Zoom link once you confirm.
- create an Amazon Gift List
- recruit friends to be a part of the gift basket collection
- collect and gift wrap items for the gift basket
- deliver items to the designated location in MV or to the family’s home
If you know of any students or families in need, we are compiling a list of
families we can support through the program as well. Send an email with any
referrals to Ms. Camarillo (lauren.camarillo@xxxxxxxx) or Daniella Quiñones
(daniella.quinones@xxxxxxxx) please.
