Hope you are well?
Following the latest guidance announce on Sunday 12th December 2021 please see
below our latest visiting guidelines.
Please be assured that our aim is to ensure that all our residents, colleagues
and visitors are protected but still able to celebrate the festive season as
much as possible. It is hoped that these minimal changes will further reduce
any potential community transmission into our care services.
The new guildlines we have to adhere to as a company are:
* Lateral Flow Test – This needs to either be done on site or a
confirmation email or text to be shown or a test stick with the date and time
on provided
* Full PPE needs to be worn (Gloves, Apron, Mask)
* Booking System will now be back in place with 60minute visiting slots
(Monday to Friday 10:15 to 11:15, 11:30 to 12:30, 13:15 to 14:15, 1430:1530,
15:45 to 16:45 Saturday & Sunday 10:30 to 11:30, 13:30 to 14:30, 15:00 to 16:00)
* Please call the home or email to book slots
* Maximum of two visitors at any one time per resident inclusive of
children (The government guidance is likely to be 3 regular/named visitors
where we have opted for 2 visitors not necessarily named which will give
visitors more opportunity to visit over festive season which is better for
relatives)
