Subject: Visiting Guidance update - Kents Hill
Good Morning All,
I hope you are well?
We have received an update on how we are able to ensure you can see your loved
ones in the second national lockdown. We are able to continue visiting from
today with your current booked in timeslots you have already have.
The following policies will be in place:
• Visitor are not allowed to enter the building – please ring the
bell and wait to be seen
• Visitors MUST wear a mask and use sanitiser provided
• Residents will be able to come to the visiting room – Visitors
MUST stay outside the room on the outside of the building
• Windows and Doors MUST remain closed at all times whilst a visit
is in progress
From the home we will ensure the visiting room and glass in the windows and
doors will be sanitised and cleaned after each visit. We are in the process of
building a visiting pod inside the home so we can continue visits safely
according to national and local guidelines.
One visit per week remains the same for half an hour.
