Good Afternoon All,

We hope you are all okay and staying safe.

Going forward please be aware that we will be sending a weekly update out on a
Friday to give you all information from the week and what will be upcoming at
the weekend.

If you would like to phone to see how your relative is; have a chat with them
maybe please can you call between 1400 and 1600 as this is avoiding medication
times, meals times and Dr’s rounds as well. As you can appreciate the Nurses
and Care staff are extremely busy and taking calls takes the time away from the
residents themselves.

Please be assured that skyping will be taking place; this will replace any
personal calls from staffs personal mobiles. If you would like to chat to your
loved one over Skype and if you haven’t already please send over your SKYPE
details so we can add you to our contact list.
