There was discussion about this on BBC Breakfast today. Some care homes have
only ever let one individual relative visit. If this is the case for Mutti at
least the rest of us will still be able to Skype.

On a happier note Nick told me it was on Facebook that the hairdresser will now
be allowed back in. I do hope this is true as Mutti could really do with a cut,
shampoo and set!

Good Afternoon All,

Hope you are well?

Due to the changes to Government guidance we need to amend our current visitors
protocols for non-essential visits (family/friends etc).

Please see attached letter for your information.

We will keep all visits booked at present however going forward residents will
only be able to have one visit per week by the same relative. This is based on
government guidelines which we need to adhere to in order to keep residents
safe. This has been implemented to limit the number of different individuals
coming into contact. This is in order to limit the overall number of visitors
to the care home and/or to the individual, and the consequent risk of infection.

If you have any queries please respond via return email and we will happily
answer any questions you may have.
