[muglo] Re: problems with Rogers email

Same problem here. Seems random with Rogers. Every once in a while it  
refuses to send until I quit mail and relaunch. This is only with  
account #2..... main account seems fine. I remember years ago I had  
similar problems when first upgrading to 10.3 until I adjusted "packet  
size"? in the router.
