Actually, Theresa, the legislation allows companies with whom you've done 
business to call, write or e-mail you with followup communications for a 
certain number of months thereafter -- twelve, I think, but I'm not sure. I 
don't suppose twelve months has gone by without my buying something from MD, so 
the privacy law wouldn't apply even if I wanted it to.
