Unless things have changed recently you'll (unfortunately) find iCab lacking in that department (it's a one-man show so he's only got so many hours in a day to work on his pet project). Can't speak to specifics but Safari is fairly good at supporting most web standards and you'll find Mozilla/FireFox/Camino to be in the same league. Some things Safari does better, some things the Mozilla family does better. If you're particular about something specific your best bet is simply to try the web browsers and see (and, keep Internet Explorer around for those pesky pages that simply refuse to work on any browser but IE (they seem to be disappearing, slowly but surely... not because Mozilla or Safari are 'fixing' support for these web pages but because the sites hosting these pages are fixing up the non-HTML crap required to do fancy things in IE). I recently (6 months) saw a little web article comparing the browsers available on the Mac. It may even be referenced in the MUGLO archives, otherwise a google ought to turn up some interesting things.
